What is number porting?
Number porting is when you want to move your existing number from your current provider to another provider, like us.
How much does it cost?
There is a $15 one-time fee for local numbers, and a $50 one-time fee for toll free numbers. In addition, there is a $1/month fee on top of our monthly service fees. These fees are imposed from the telcom company and we pass them through.
How long does it take?
The general rule of thumb is 10 business days, however it can take longer if additional authorizations are required. Toll free numbers seem to take longer.
